The scholarship program enables outstanding young talents from leading Universities in the People's Republic of China to pursue a MBA at Harvard Business School (HBS).

• Scholarships are awarded to those who have already been admitted to HBS based on their own merit and are committed to return to Mainland China immediately after graduation to work for at least 2 years.
• In selecting the Tao Shing Pee Education Foundation scholars, the Selection Committee looks for individuals of exceptional academic and professional achievement, who are unable to pursue their studies without financial assistance.
• The scholarship only comes into effect after candidates have been admitted into HBS and have been approved by the Selection Committee.
• Scholars are not restricted to work for companies associated with the Foundation. Candidates may work for any company that best advances their career in Mainland China.
